Physical connection between us,
Has shown me to trust, the wave we came in on,
Is healing what was.
Spiritually I hold more wisdom today,
Able to consider how precious you are when we play.
I have analyzed where I repressed my feelings,
I am no longer in denial that you needed healing.
From emotional abandonment of the past,
I now see where my actions might have made you upset, or sad.
Know now that I know better, and understand.
Where I went wrong, so please don’t let go of this hand,
You shall feel safe in the arms of this man.
